Is recording my sales calls even legal in Australia? +
Recording laws differ by state. WA is a one-party consent state — you can legally record a conversation you're part of. Either way, we recommend simply asking: "Mind if I record this so I can make sure I quote you properly?" Most clients say yes, and it builds trust. The app walks you through a consent policy before your first upload, and you can delete any recording at any time.
Will I actually use it, or is this another app that dies in a week? +
You're not adding a new habit — you're pressing record on conversations you're already having. One tap at the quote, and the scoring and debrief happen on their own. Most tradies check their rating the way they check the footy score.
What if I'm terrible on the recordings? +
